Closure
Laser-markable plastic closure of polypropylene, reinforced with two straight wires on the edges.
Available in wire thickness: 2/0.6 mm, 2/0.7 mm, 2/0.8 mm.
Use
Specifically designed to be used on all well known automatic clip packaging machines.
Can be used for closing bags with bakery, pastry, confectionery, pasta and noodle products
Laser marking
Clipband LM is developed to work with solid state lasers (SSL), which work with wave lengths of 1064, 532 or 355 nm.
Examples of solid state lasers are:
* Nd:YAG
* Nd:YVO4 (Vanadate)
* Fiber lasers (Ytterbium: YLF of FAYb)
Clipband LM is not suited for use in combination with CO2 lasers (10600 nm)
Colours
White, yellow, red, orange, blue, gold, green and brown.
Other colours on request.

On reels of 500, 600 meters.
Width 8mm.
Packaging & Weight
500 meters. 5 reels in a carton of 330 x 330 x 310 mm.
600 meters: 5 reels in a carton of 330 x 330 x 310 mm.
Weight carton: 20-25 kg. 30 cartons on a pallet.

Laser marking is cost effective compared to traditional printing and saves on maintenance and consumables.
